Please remember in your prayers the repose of the soul of Father Bart Burke, who passed away on July 4th in Winnipeg.

Father Burke was ordained in 1956 at the Cathedral of St. Peter-In-Chains, was a parish priest for many years at several of our parishes. In 1982 he agreed to go to our sister diocese, the Archdiocese of Keewatin-Le Pas and was a pastor for several missions until he retired in 2013. Father Burke loved  Winnipeg and retired there.

Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
